Inspired by resort properties throughout the Coastal South, The Addison is a modern classic and the new standard for luxury apartment living in Baton Rouge. Mullin worked closely with the Landscape Architect, General Contractor and Developer to guarantee that the landscape met the same exacting standards as the building’s expert construction.

Mullin was an absolute pleasure to work with on The Addison project. They excelled in all aspects of the project lifecycle. During construction, they not only actively participated in the short term planning process, but often brought their own ideas which enabled them to complete their scope of work earlier than we had planned. There were multiple instances where Mullin was on site with us working late into the night to help accelerate the final push for occupancy. I would recommend Mullin without hesitation.
