The Production Manager reports directly to the Senior Production Manager but works with his Account Managers to serve our clients and team. This is a working field position where 70% of your time is spent working with crews to help equip them to be more effective crew leaders. This is a management position and therefore requires a certain amount of daily preparation and leadership. As leaders in the company, you are also responsible for modeling and enforcing all policies and procedures including uniform dress codes and safety policies.
