On what was once the site of LSU AgCenter’s greenhouse facilities, Mullin is working alongside The Lemoine Company to create a beautiful, welcoming environment for two new student residence halls. The development, located on South Campus Drive in Baton Rouge, includes nearly 100,000 square feet of zoysia sod, 35,000 square feet of garden beds, and over 80 new trees. As the future housing for more than 880 students, the new buildings, surrounding plantings, and ample greenspace are sure to be put to good use.
