Sales Person | Designer

• Design, sell and oversee all types of landscaping jobs, including landscape construction projects
• Meet prospective clients at their homes to discuss landscaping plans and verbally sharing initial concepts during the walk through
• Prepare site design and construction documents
• Formulate conceptual and detailed designs for the client based on the initial meeting
• Develop and present proposals
• Coordinate with other team members and suppliers to determine project details and scope
• Work together with operations throughout the duration of the project
• Follow up with customers during the planning process, construction, process and after the job is complete to ensure complete satisfaction

• Landscape Architect License preferred but not required
• 5+ years of experience within the field of landscape architecture
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, respectful, can-do attitude
• Highly motivated, self-driven individual with extreme attention to detail
• Ability to work individually or in a team environment
• Ability to stand or be physically active for hours at a time
• Ability to work without close supervision
• A degree in landscape architecture
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programs
