To be successful in this role, you must:

Be 21 years of age or older
Use your landscaping experience and people skills to be an effective team member
Ready to work hard in weather conditions (heat, cold etc.)
Interact with clients and assure client satisfaction
Manage a team of two or more employees
Strong oral and written communication skills
The use of heavy equipment is a plus (i.e. skid steers, excavators, etc.)
Knowledge of irrigation, landscape lighting, drainage, and other landscape-related trades is required

Qualifications

A solid work ethic and good teamwork skills
Skills in various gardening techniques and equipment
High school degree or GED is preferred
Have a valid driver license and a clean driving record
Ability to read and write
Must have the minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping or construction
Horticulture knowledge and standards of pruning, planting, digging, mulching
