Junior Account Manager

The Junior Account Manager is an entry level position and will work daily with the Senior Account Manager. The main goal of a Junior Account Manager is to become an Account Manager, with their own book of business/accounts within 12-18 months.

To be successful in this role, you must:

Estimating 60%
Account Management 40%
Plans and sells enhancements to clients
Respond to client requests and problems in an effective and efficient manner
Quality Inspections (Monthly) Work with FOM to insure follow up
Job Start Process- Receive hand off from sales
Safety- Ensure that all safety policies of company are enforced
Enforce Company Standards. i.e. Uniforms, Fleet, Equip, Facility
Represents the company with professionalism
Customer Satisfaction & Retention
Have a student mentality – to grow, you must learn new skills
Build relationships with customers through site visits, lunches, etc.
Enhancement Sales
Job Start Up process execution
Regular Site Visits with Customer
Job File Management- Notify Administration of any Client Contact changes
Work as a team player by assisting production with site visits with crews, etc.

Qualifications

Enjoys the outside and wants to learn the horticulture profession
Excellent listening skills and superb communication skills are a must
Passion for client service and communication
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
Must be able to operate independently
Horticulture knowledge is a plus
Basic knowledge of Excel is a plus
Basic computer skills are a must
Must be able to multitask and prioritize
A valid Driver’s License
High School degree or equivalent
