Enhancement Manager

To be successful in this role, you must:

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervise in-house crews and subcontractors to ensure project is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with plans

· Manage Morning Dispatch of your crews

· Monitor jobsites to inspect quality of work, timeliness, cleanliness, and safety

· Manage crews and serves as team leader when on-site by motivating, leading, and assisting when necessary to meet completion deadlines

· Educate team members in proper horticultural, construction, and equipment operation techniques

· Responsible for communicating material procurement with AM’s/Enhancement Manager, scheduling deliveries, and inventory tracking for materials until project is completed

· Practice excellent communication, with clients, other team members, subcontractors, vendors, etc.

· Work with operations team to build and maintain schedule

· Enforce Company Standards. i.e. Uniforms, Fleet, Equipment, Facility

· Anticipate and Evaluate Equipment Needs- Manage crew equipment inventory and repair issues.

· Manage Routes and Labor daily

· Work with AM’S and Enhancement Manager to carry out team approach to delivering Mullin Landscape level of service


Candidate must be proficient in the use of computers and have a working knowledge of Microsoft products

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Power Point

· Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

· Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done

· Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or other related fields

· Read and understand plans and specifications for projects

· Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
