Responsible for ensuring the successful operations of a portfolio of accounts including: Client Relations, Enhancement Sales, Quality Control
• Customer Relationship
• Client Satisfaction that insures retention rates of 90%+
• Develop Enhancement Plan for Property- Annually
• Strive to achieve (or BEAT) Enhancement Sales goals at approved Gross Margins
• Respond to client requests and problems in an effective and efficient manner
• Quality Inspections (Monthly) Work with FOM to insure follow up
• Job Start Process- Receive handoff from sales• Sales & Estimating Support
• Safety- Ensure that all safety policies of company are enforced
• Enforce Company Standards. i.e. Uniforms, Fleet, Equip, Facility
• Represents the company with professionalism
• Plans and sells enhancements to clients• Customer Satisfaction & Retention
• Build relationships with customers through site visits, lunches, etc.
• Enhancement Sales• Job Start Up process execution
• Regular Site Visits with Customer
• Job File Management- Notify Administration of any Client Contact changes
• Work as a team player by assisting production with site visits with crews, etc
• Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or a related major strongly preferred
• An Associate’s Degree will be considered, along with relevant experience
• Strong horticulture knowledge and license is preferred
• Two to five years of prior experience with a professional landscape management firm
• Knowledge of southern climate horticultural practices and high-level property maintenance experience a plus
• Passion for client service and communication
• Superb communication skills; knowledge of Spanish a plus
