"When we renovated a run-down historic property in the Faubourg Marigny, re-developing the small yard-space with much exposure to 2 streets was an important part of the whole project. Mark Thomas and Chase Mullin worked closely with us to design and execute a new private garden space that helped to further transform the property.

They went to great lengths to work with us to incorporate into the design a large number of 150-year old flagstones that were found under the surface of the yard. The stones add a beautiful historic element into the contemporary garden design using material that was original to the house-site, and the effect was stunning.
